What to Expect

⏰ Time Commitment

Flexible & Part-Time

15 hours per week during Fall and Spring semesters — typically 2–3 days per week with flexible scheduling around your coursework. Summer sessions available for those who want more intensive experience.

📍 Location

Remote

CFL operates across multiple cities of United States. Some roles are hybrid or remote-friendly. Game Day events require on-site presence at university campuses across Nation.

Mentorship from CFL leadership and veteran founders. Portfolio-building projects you can show employers. Hands-on experience with Game Day events, NIL education programming, and financial literacy curriculum.

Capital Forge League is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational organization. This Ambassador program is part of CFL’s educational mission supporting veteran-athlete entrepreneurship. Ambassador positions are subject to program funding and availability. CFL does not guarantee employment after the Ambassadorship. All compensation details are discussed during the selection process.
